Hello again, it’s Kelly…I am sitting with Lisa as she is resting. She had a pretty good night last night, and by this morning, her pain level was down to a 1 – 2. Although pain management is better it’s unlikely that she will be able to switch to oral pain meds before the end of the day today. As such it’s highly probable that she will be in the hospital one more night (that is what we are all expecting). She has been up and moving several times today taking strolls around the nurse’s station; that has generally been followed by some pretty good naps. I think we all feel like she is doing quite well right now, all things considered. Her color is good, and she continues to have us all make sure her covers are neat and tidy – “it’s a good thing.” We don’t expect any surprises for the rest of the day so likely won’t check back in until tomorrow. Again, many thanks for all the well wishes.

Happy Easter Just got around to looking at our emails and was happy to see your Carepages. Sounds like you had quite a time of it. We read Kelly’s postings and hope you will be home tomorrow and resting in your own bed. We have been thinking about you and wondering how you were doing, and we were glad to see the Carepages and all of Kelly’s updates. Say hi to your mom and dad for us, and we will keep you in our prayers. Will send another posting later in the week. Love, S. and T. D.
